Ang ATN Alamin series ay nagsisikap na talakayin ang mga bagay na napapanahon para sa mga Pilipino dito sa UAE. 

ASSISTANCE-TO-NATIONALS (ATN)

The Assistance-to-Nationals (ATN) functions for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) has been turned over to the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) since 01 July 2023, in compliance with Republic Act No. 11641.

Under said law, all assistance cases involving OFWs, including legal, medical assistance, repatriation, and shipment of remains shall now be handled by the DMW through the use of its AKSYON Fund, except in countries where there are no resident Migrant Workers Offices (MWOs) under the DMW.

OFWs (whether documented or undocumented) in Abu Dhabi, UAE are requested to refer to MWO Abu Dhabi all requests for assistance:

The ATN Section of the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi shall continue to assist all other overseas Filipino nationals within the Emirates who are not OFWs/temporary workers, but fall under other categories (students, tourists, dual citizens, permanent residents, etc.).

Step 1:          Proceed to the Assistance to Nationals (ATN) Section of the Embassy. The ATN Section will assess if a Travel Document may be issued.

Step 2:          Should there be a need to issue a Travel Document, the following requirements shall be submitted:

ADULT

Ø   Duly-accomplished Travel Document application form. (Please click - Application Form for ADULT) 
or proceed to the Information Counter before entering the ATN Section);   

Ø    Copy of Passport and UAE visa;

Ø    Direct flight ticket to the Philippines (Travel Document is valid for one-way direct travel to the Philippines only);

Ø    Four (4) recent passport-sized pictures;

Ø    Report of Lost Passport with English translation (if the Passport is lost); and

Ø    Travel Document fee of 120 AED (cash only).

INFANT

Ø    Duly-accomplished Travel Document application form. (Please click - Application Form for Minor) 
or proceed to the Information Counter before entering the ATN Section);

Ø     Direct flight ticket to the Philippines (Travel Document is valid for one-way direct travel to the Philippines only);

Ø     Copy of the Report of Birth (if born in the UAE)/PSA-issued Birth Certificate (if born in the Philippines);

Ø     Copy of the UAE-issued Birth Certificate (MOFA attested);

PRISON INMATES

Ø     Endorsement letter from the Police or Jail Authorities;

Ø     Duly-accomplished Travel Document application form;

Ø     Four (4) recent passport-sized pictures.

Step 3:             Pay the Travel Document Fee of 120 AED (cash only) at the cashier inside the Consular Section.

Step 4:             Claim the Travel Document/s at the ATN Section.

Step 5:             Travel Document/s may be claimed within the day.  Should there be a large volume of applicants, the Travel Document may be claimed the following day.
