1. Those applying for a passport for a newborn child

A Report of Birth (ROB) is a requirement before one can proceed with the passport application of a newborn child.

2. Those applying for a replacement of a Lost Passport

An Affidavit of Loss of Passport notarized by the Philippine Embassy and relevant requirements must be completed prior to the application for the replacement of your lost passport.

3. Those applying for the replacement of a Mutilated Passport

An Affidavit of Destruction/Mutilation notarized by the Philippine Embassy and other requirements must be completed prior to the application for the replacement of the passport.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

Please prepare the EXACT CASH AMOUNT for your passport application at the Embassy, as follows:

-  AED 240 for passport renewal or passport application for newborn child

-  AED 600 for the replacement of lost passport.
