Step 1:  To book an appointment, kindly call or send an e-mail to the following:

Step 2:  Accomplish and print the ePassport Online Application Form using this link: 

              https://onlineappform.passport.gov.ph/


Step 3:  Proceed to VFS WTCAD on your appointment date and time (personal appearance is required).
             Bring your original ePassport, photocopy of ePassport data page and the printed copy of Application Form.

Note:

  • First time passport applicants and those applying for replacement of lost or mutilated passports, and those requiring any change in biographical data (due to marriage, date of birth, place of birth and sex), must apply at the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi.

Service Fees:

  • ePassport Renewal Fee AED 240 plus AED 91.75 convenience fee (convenience fee is payment to VFS) and AED 20.00 passport revolving fund (PRF) fee.
  • Credit/Debit Card/Cash payment option

  • Photocopy Fee – 2 AED
