Non-visa (visa free) Entry for Temporary Visitors to the Philippines

Nationals from countries listed below are allowed to enter the Philippines without visas for a period of stay not exceeding thirty (30) days, provided they are:

  1. Traveling to the Philippines for business and tourism purposes;
  2. Holding valid tickets for their return journey to the port of origin or next port of destination; and
  3. In possession of passports valid for a period of at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay. However, Immigration Officers at ports of entry may exercise their discretion to admit holders of passports valid for at least sixty (60) days beyond the intended period of stay.

 Visa Free Entry for Visitors

*Holders of Brazil and Israel passports are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for a period of stay not exceeding fifty-nine (59) days.

Holders of the following passports are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for a period of stay not exceeding seven (7) days:

  1. Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) passports
  2. British National Overseas (BNO) passports
  3. Portuguese Passports issued in Macao
  4. Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) passports

NON-VISA (VISA-FREE) ENTRY FOR CHINESE NATIONALS

CHINESE nationals who wish to visit the Philippines for tourism purposes may enter the country visa-free in any port of entry (i.e., major international airports, secondary international hubs [SIHs], seaports by passengers on board cruise ships/vessels) for an initial authorized stay not exceeding seven (7) days, provided they have:

  1. Valid and current AMERICAN (US), JAPANESE, AUSTRALIAN, CANADIAN, SCHENGEN (AJACSSUK) visa;
  2. A national passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated stay;
  3. Return or onward ticket to the next country of destination; and
  4. No derogatory record with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration.

An additional fourteen (14) days may be extended for a maximum of stay of twenty-one (21) days, but is non-convertible to other visa category.

NON-VISA (VISA-FREE) ENTRY FOR INDIAN NATIONALS

INDIAN nationals who wish to visit the Philippines for tourism purposes may enter the country visa-free in any port of entry (i.e., major international airports, secondary international hubs [SIHs], seaports by passengers on board cruise ships/vessels) for an initial authorized stay not exceeding fourteen (14) days, provided they have:

  1. Valid and current AMERICAN (US), JAPANESE, AUSTRALIAN, CANADIAN, SCHENGEN, SINGAPORE, or UNITED KINGDOM (AJACSSUK) visa or permanent residence permit;
  2. A national passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated stay;
  3. Return or onward ticket to the next country of destination; and
  4. No derogatory record with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration.

An additional seven (7) days may be extended for a maximum stay of twenty-one (21) days, but is non-convertible to other visa category.
