MINOR NEW ePASSPORT (FOR INFANTS BORN IN THE UAE TO FILIPINO PARENT/S)

STEP 1.     For appointment, please send email to: abudhabipe.civilregistry@dfa.gov.ph

Prepare the following requirements:

• Accomplished ePassport Application Form. Only the mother can apply for the infant’s passport
• Report of Birth issued by the Embassy (see Report of Birth). (Original and photocopy)
• Passport of the parent(s) with photocopy of passport data page
• Passport fee of AED 240.

STEP 2.     Follow steps 3 to 8 of Passport Renewal.
