05 September 2016 — Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) Constancio R. Vingno, Jr. paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Ahmed Alham Al Dhaheri, Assistant Undersecretary for Consular Affairs at the latter’s office in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. on August 30.

During the call, Ambassador Vingno and Assistant Undersecretary Al Dhaheri discussed pending bilateral agreements on consular matters. Both sides committed to doing their utmost best towards finalization of the agreements.

His Excellency Al Dhaheri also assured Ambassador Vingno of his office’s support and assistance to all his endeavors during his tenure as Philippine Ambassador. END
