16 August 2016 — Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Constancio R. Vingno, Jr. attended the General Assembly and Oath-Taking Ceremony of the Filipino Human Resources Practitioners’ Association UAE (Fil-HR) at the Gloria Downtown Hotel, Abu Dhabi, UAE on July 22. Ambassador Vingno also delivered his message and inducted the newly-elected officers of Fil-HR.

The Ambassador also received a Plaque of Appreciation from Fil-HR President, Ms. Catherine Ordonez-Rivera as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. They are joined by Madame Yoko Ramos-Vingno and the immediate past President of Fil-HR, Ms. Vagelyn Federico. END
