Purpose of the New Requirements:
To prevent Filipino HSWs from entering the country through Tourists or Visit Visas, thereby circumventing the government policy against exposing our citizens to human trafficking and other dangers
1.The applicant must be within the 4thdegree of consanguinity or affinity – spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent,
grandchildren, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, 1stcousin only (and in-laws); PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP
(If in the opinion of the processor, the visitor is a legitimate tourist and is just being required by the
Immigration an Affidavit of Support and Guarantee, the processor should refer the matter to the
Head of Consular Section (HCS) for deliberation. Should the visitor be found to be a legitimate tourist,
HCS may waive the relationship requirement). Please note that certain visa categories (HSWs)
are not allowed to sponsor.
2. Passport Copy of the Affiant (sponsor) and the Visitor/Tourist;
3. Salary Certificate of the applicant, duly stamped by the company and in the company letterhead, must be presented. Minimum
salary to sponsor is 3,500 Dirhams;
4. Copy of the trade license of the travel agency or the company facilitating the tourist visa;
5. Copy of the Tourist Visa; and
6. Copy of Hotel Booking. If staying in the residence of the sponsor, copy of lease contract of the sponsor.
IMPORTANT REMINDER/S:
- All documents written in ARABIC must be legally translated to ENGLISH;
- Please fill up the FORM in DUPLICATE. Write in BLACK or BLUE ink ONLY. Handwriting must be LEGIBLE/READABLE and in BLOCK-TYPE format;
- ALL PERSONS desiring to speak to the person manning COUNTER B must get a queuing number and wait for their number to be flashed in the overhead screen in the waiting area before approaching the counter to ensure order at all times;

DOCUMENT RELEASING TIME: 3PM – 5PM
